    REGISTRATION PRIORITY
    (1) The time that you make payment and execute the PCA waiver counts! Your spot in the queue of registrations is based not on the time that you submit your registration but based on the time of your payment and completion of the PCA Liability Waiver. If, at the time of registration, you do not pay or execute the waiver, another applicant who registers later but pays and executes the waiver before you will be accepted before you. NO WALK UPS WILL BE ALLOWED.

A detailed event schedule will be distributed at least one week before the event, however you can expect each run group will receive four 30-minute scheduled sessions per day.

    DRIVING PROFILE
It is very important that your track experience profile is complete and up to date in order for us to assign you to the correct run group. If this information is incomplete, it will delay your confirmation for the event. We ask for the following information: Date(s) of track event; track name; sponsoring organization; and your assigned run group.

    GARAGE RENTAL
Garages will be rented in 1/4 slots and any individual entrant can purchase up to 4 slots if they want a whole garage. Garage spot rental is identical to that of registration priority; it's not when you register for a garage spot(s), it's when you pay that determines your priority.

After registration closes, all who registered for a garage will receive an email asking their preference for who they would like to garage with or near. We will use our best efforts to honor those preferences when making assignments. If you are assigned a garage spot or spots, we will advise you of your garage assignment roughly one week before the event.
